The Adult CP Toolkit, developed by the Cerebral Palsy Research Network (CPRN), is a community-driven resource addressing the evolving needs of adults living with cerebral palsy. It provides practical guidance on transitioning to adulthood, developing self-advocacy skills, engaging in community life, navigating employment and finances, and making informed healthcare decisions.

The toolkit also covers key health and wellness topics, including pain management, exercise, reproductive health, mental wellbeing, and ageing with CP. By combining evidence-informed strategies with shared personal perspectives, it empowers adults with CP to actively shape their lives in partnership with healthcare and support teams. The resource is also a valuable reference for families, caregivers, and professionals involved in lifelong CP care.
