This resource from the Neurology journal compares the incidence of NCDs between adults with and without CP.

Noncommunicable diseases (NCDs), including cardiovascular disease, cancer, respiratory disease, and diabetes, are a leading cause of premature mortality worldwide. Physical inactivity, common among adults with CP, is a shared and modifiable risk factor for these conditions. Evidence from other populations with mobility impairments suggests that a cycle of inactivity, muscle loss, reduced cardiorespiratory fitness, and declining mobility may contribute to elevated NCD risk in adults with CP. While studies indicate higher NCD-related mortality in adults with CP, less is known about their relative risk compared to the general population.
