This resource published in the Frontiers in Neurology journal, evaluates the safety and efficacy of incobotulinumtoxinA for paediatric upper-limb spasticity across GMFCS I–V, including combined limb treatment.

Spastic cerebral palsy (CP), affecting ~80% of cases, presents with heterogeneous upper and/or lower limb involvement. Botulinum toxin type A (BoNT-A) is widely used for focal spasticity.
