This resource from the NSW Government, Agency of Clinical Innovation website, evaluates the transition to adult services for young people with neurological conditions such as cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, and spinal cord injury can be complex, particularly where ongoing spasticity management with botulinum toxin A is required.

Movement between paediatric and adult services is often a key challenge affecting continuity of care. The Botulinum Toxin A Transition Project examines this landscape in NSW and ACT, including the number and needs of young people, clinician perspectives, experiences of young people and their families, and the capacity of adult public health services to manage this group.
